Ocean Airlines (Italy) (VC, Brescia) will add a total of six ex-Air France (AF/Paris CDG) B747-200F freighters in 2007 and 2008. It is going public at the London stock exchange to fund this expansion. Ocean has already announced new routes from its Brescia base to Abu Dhabi, Luanda, Nagoya and Washington Dulles to be launched later this year with the first new aircraft. ,

Volga-Dnepr Airlines (VI, Ulyanovsk Vostochny) has ordered another three new generation Il-76TD-90VDs (plus 10 options) and two Tu-204-120C freighters. The two Tu-204s will be delivered to subsidiary AirBridge Cargo (RU/Ulyanovsk) in 2009.

Rossiya (FV, St. Petersburg) will lease an ex-germanwings (4U/Cologne/Bonn) A320-200. It is planning to lease an additional three A320-200s and three B767-300ERs later this and next year. It is operating a weekly seasonal Tu-154M service from Moscow Vnukovo to Pisa between June 30 and September 29. In other news, Rossiya has signed a codeshare agreement with Austrian Airlines (OS/Vienna) for the St. Petersburg-Vienna route operated by both carriers and the Krasnodar-Vienna route operated by Austrian.
