The deadline for the decision on the proposed reopening and development of Manston Kent International Airport has been extended until May 18, 2020, the UK's Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Transport, Nusrat Ghani, told the country's parliament on January 16.

FedEx Express announces major French investment at Paris CDG

FedEx Express (FX, Memphis Int'l) has announced a series of investments, totalling EUR30 million euro (USD33.2 million), at its Paris CDG hub, as well as other French cities, a press release issued on January 20 said.

The Vero Beach City Council has unanimously approved retaining Elite Airways (7Q, Portland Int'l Jetport) at Vero Beach, after a vote on January 21, according to report on the Treasure Coast Newspapers digital site.
