Kreos Charters (Saskatoon) is set to resume operations with Citation XLS aircraft following a 12-year hiatus, ch-aviation research shows.
The company registered the 19-year-old Citation XLS, C-GAIR (msn 560-5637), on May 26. Configured for up to eight passengers, it is yet to commence operations.
The newly added Citation XLS joins Kreos Charters' executive jet fleet which also comprises a Citation Jet 4 Gen2, two Citation Sovereigns, and a Challenger 300. The company also offers four King Air B300 turboprops for charter.
In addition to the charter services, Kreos provides aircraft management, runs fixed-base operations (FBO) at Regina and Saskatoon, and operates a maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility at Saskatoon under Central Aircraft Maintenance.
Previously, the Citation XLS was listed under the charter certificate of Wheels Up (WUP, Teterboro) as N511UP. It was retired in March 2025 and was last active on May 21, flying between Alton and Wichita Eisenhower. Meanwhile, the United States-based operator's Part 135 fleet continues to include seven Citation XLS jets and seven sister-variant Citation Excels, although these are scheduled for replacement as part of a fleet modernisation strategy announced in 2024.
