Clay Lacy Aviation (CLY, Van Nuys) has retired the last GV it operated from its Part 135-certified fleet, ch-aviation research reveals.
The 24.9-year-old aircraft, N1222P (msn 606), configured for up to 13 passengers and based at Bedford, MA, had been operated by Clay Lacy Aviation since 2022. It follows the removal of two other GVs from the charter fleet earlier this year, 27.4-year-old N1111P (msn 536) and 25.6-year-old N168CE (msn 568).
Despite phasing out the GV type, Clay Lacy Aviation's Part 135 fleet continues to include a range of other Gulfstream Aerospace aircraft, namely a G150, a G280, a GIV, three GIV-SPs, a G450, three GVII-G500s, five G550s, a GVII-G600, a G650, two G650(ER)s, and a G650ER.
The company's Part 135 certificate also comprises 28 additional aircraft manufactured by Bombardier Business Aircraft, Cessna Aircraft Company, Dassault Aviation, Embraer Executive Jets, and Hawker Beechcraft.
