Nigerian Eagle (2013) (Lagos) has taken delivery of its first ex-Aero Contractors (N2, Lagos) B737-500, 5N-BLC (msn 26692). Though currently parked at Lagos, the twinjet has yet to be officially unveiled to the public. According to the Nigerian press, Aviation Minister Princess Stella Oduah was to have unveiled the new national carrier to President Goodluck Jonathan on his return from London. Nigerian Eagle is an amalgamation of Aero Contractors and the remains of Air Nigeria (Lagos).
