BizAir Shuttle (Chicago West) has abandoned its twice daily San Diego McClellan Palomar-Los Angeles International shuttle flights just weeks after its launch in late June. The virtual carrier had sought to fill the gap left by United Airlines (UA, Chicago O'Hare) which dropped the route in April.

While no official reason for the route's termination has been given, it is believed to have been caused by poor demand.

As it stands, the virtual carrier's only remaining scheduled service is between Carlsbad and Las Vegas Harry Reid. All flights operate onboard a Do328-300 chartered from Ultimate Jetcharters (Akron Regional).
