Russia's State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) has seized two Let 410s and three Cessna (single turboprop) Grand Caravan 208Bs from PANH Airlines (PNH, Ulan-Ude) citing RUB200 million (USD2.96 million) in unpaid dues.

The move comes after the carrier suspended its last remaining Irkutsk regional routes - Nizhneudinsk, Zheleznogorsk-Ilimsky, and Kazachinskoye - on May 1 thus forcing the government to charter a Let410 from Aeroservis Chita (Chita).

PANH Airlines has struggled to remain operational in the wake of the Irkutsk regional government's decision to cut subsidies for local flights.
