23JAN2014: Filipino carrier SEAir International indefinitely suspends only route
SEAir International (XO, Clark) has indefinitely suspended its only route, Manila to Caticlan, following a recent management board meeting. In a statement issued to ch-aviation, the Filipino carrier said the move had come about owing to "operational constraints". SEAir International currently operates a leased ITI - Island Transvoyager (ITI, Manila) ATR42-500, a B737-200(F) and three Do328-100s, two of which are currently in storage at Clark. Besides its scheduled operations, it continues to operate charter and cargo flights.
13JUN2013: ITI - Island Transvoyager leasing its leased ATR42 to SEAir Int'l.
ITI - Island Transvoyager (ITI, Manila) has reportedly deployed its only aircraft, an ATR42-500, RP-C4201 (c/n 689), into active service for SEAir International (XO, Clark). ITI - Island Transvoyager received the ATR42 on lease from Danish leasing company, Nordic Aviation Capital, in December last year.
22DEC2012: First ATR 42-500 for Filipino carrier Island Transvoyager
ITI - Island Transvoyager (ITI, Manila) has added a first ATR 42-500 turboprop to its fleet of two Do228s it has so far operated on charter services from Manila. The ex-AZAL Azerbaijan Airlines (J2, Baku) aircraft (c/n 689) is leased to the Filipino carrier from Nordic Aviation Capital and has already been ferried to the Philippines where it will be registered RP-C4201. ITI owns the airport of El Nido and offers frequent charter services between Manila and El Nido for tourists visitig the resort.
