Located 100 kilometres south of Poland's capital, Warsaw, the airport at Radom has announced it will see its first scheduled operations in autumn of this year.
In a press release, operator Port Lotniczy Radom SA said that Latvian carrier Air Baltic (BT, Riga) would commence a 3x weekly service to Riga beginning September 1. All flights are on-board Q400 turboprop aircraft.

Air Lituanica (LT, Vilnius) has ceased its operations as of today. All passengers holding tickets until May 29 will be rebooked on Air Baltic (BT, Riga) while remaining passengers will either get a refund or be rebooked on Air Baltic as well if agreed.
