Small Planet Airlines (Vilnius) will add an additional three A320-200s to its fleet of six aircraft during the course of this year. One aircraft, SP-HAE (cn 883), has already been delivered to Small Planet Airlines Polska (Warsaw Chopin) from lessor CIT Aerospace with two more (cn 914 and cn 990) expected from Aircastle and CIT Aerospace in March and May. Overall, a total of eleven aircraft - nine A320s and two B737-300s - will be used by the airline this Summer. Broken down into its constituent markets, the airline will operate 2 A320s out of its Vilnius base in 2014 while Poland will see four A320s based there. In regards to the United Kingdom market, the carrier says it will again base a B737-300 out of Manchester International with an A320 to be based out of London Gatwick. France will likely see a reduction in capacity, with only one A320 likely to be based out of Paris.
