AZAL Azerbaijan Airlines (J2, Baku Heydar Aliev International) is set to take delivery of its first of two E170s on lease from France's Regio Lease. The former Paramount Airways (India) (Chennai) machine, M-YRGP (cn 170.00002), was recently ferried from Clermont-Ferrand to Alverca on March 14 ahead of its delivery to Baku Heydar Aliev International.
The Azerbaijani national carrier also operates four E190s on flights to neighbouring Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Iran and Georgia.
