Finnair (AY, Helsinki Vantaa) has finalized an agreement with Novus Aviation Capital for the sale and leaseback for one of two Airbus A330-300 owned by Finnair.
The sale and leaseback agreement for the second aircraft, included in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in December last year, is expected to be concluded by the end of June 2014.
The value of the arrangement covering both aircraft is approximately EUR110million (USD151million).
