Transavia Airlines (HV, Amsterdam Schiphol) has leased a B737-800 from South African LCC, Kulula Air (Johannesburg O.R. Tambo), for the duration of summer. According to Skyliner Aviation, the aircraft, ZS-ZWO (msn 28373), was ferried from Johannesburg O.R. Tambo to Amsterdam Schiphol via Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta and Luxor on May 5.

The ch-aviation aircraft database shows that Transavia will also dry-lease at least four B737-800s this summer, sourced from GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes (G3, São Paulo Congonhas).

The Dutch LCC currently operates nine B737-700s and twenty-five B737-800s on flights to 89 destinations in 23 countries.
