Wizz Air (W6, Budapest) is considering beginning operations out Györ in Hungary's northwest local daily, Kisalföld, has reported. Among the destinations the LCC is considering is London Luton while German car manufacturer, Audi, is also keen to start scheduled flights to Ingolstadt.
Formerly a military grass facility, the airport has undergone renovations and improvements to its runway and terminal buildings allowing it to handle A320/B737-sized aircraft.
