Public Charters (P1, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International) has set up a new Texas Sky (Victoria, TX) division which is planning to offer nonstop service between Victoria, TX and Dallas/Fort Worth under the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Alternate Essential Air Service Program. Flights will operate 6x weekly via Austin-Bergstrom International on-board Jetstream 41 turboprops wet-leased from Corporate Flight Management (Smyrna). The new service will begin November 2, 2014 and replace Sun Air International (Fort Lauderdale International) at the airport.
Sun Air International currently serves Victoria from Houston Intercontinental.
