KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (KL, Amsterdam Schiphol) has completed the retirement of its MD-11 fleet from commercial service with the type's last flight as KL671 between Montréal Trudeau and Amsterdam Schiphol on Sunday, October 26. Machine PH-KCE (msn 48559) operated the service.

The Dutch carrier's three remaining MD-11s, which include PH-KCB (msn 48556) and PH-KCD (msn 48558), are scheduled to operate three final farewell flights on November 11 after which they will all be scrapped.

According to the ch-aviation aircraft database, KLM was the last remaining scheduled operator of the passenger version of the type.
