Alliance Air (India) (9I, Delhi International) has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Singapore-based lessors, Avation, for two brand new ATR72-600s. The two turboprops will be leased to the Air India (AI, Delhi International) subsidiary for 12 years.

The aircraft are scheduled for delivery in December 2014 and January 2015 and will join the Air India Regional's fleet of three ATR42-300s used on domestic services.
