Norwegian (Oslo Gardermoen) founder and CEO, Bjørn Kjos, has watered down his shareholding in the company with the sale of 703,243 shares, or about 2% of the firm's tonal shareholding. The transaction, valued at NOK183.5million (USD24.69million), was carried out via Kjos' investment vehicle, HBK Invest.

The Oslo Børs stock exchange says HBK Invest remains the carrier's largest investor with a 8,795,873 shares equal to 25.02% of its total share capital.
