Lufthansa (LH, Frankfurt International) has unveiled a new helicopter service aimed at transporting VIP passengers from Munich to ski slopes in the Bavarian and Austrian Alps.

From January 1 through to late April 2015, Lufthansa HeliService MUC will cater to First Class passengers arriving in Munich and wishing to travel to ski resorts such as Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Kitzbühel, Zillertal, Wilder Kaiser – Brixental, and the Tyrol.

Operations will be undertaken by HTM Helicopter Travel Munich (Ottobrunn).
