PAL Express (2P, Manila Ninoy Aquino International) is to discontinue its longhaul operations with Philippine Airlines (PR, Manila Ninoy Aquino International) to assume its last remaining route - Manila Ninoy Aquino International to Dubai International - from March 29 onwards.
As such, the carrier will become a domestic Filipino operator with a fleet of twelve A320-200s, two A330-300s, four Dash 8-300s, and five Dash 8-400s. All PAL Express flights are now again operated under Philippine Airlines flight numbers.
