germanwings (4U, Cologne/Bonn) will move its Moscow operations from Moscow Vnukovo to Moscow Domodedovo starting October 25. The Lufthansa (LH, Frankfurt International) low-cost carrier subsidiary currently serves Vnukovo from both Cologne/Bonn and Berlin Tegel.
Starting October 25, it will operate six times weekly from Tegel to Domodedovo using A319-100s. Its Cologne/Bonn route will be temporarily suspended for the winter season but when it resumes, on June 9 next year, it will be served three times weekly to Domodedovo as well, equally using A319s.
