Finnair (AY, Helsinki Vantaa) says the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority has approved the airline sale of a 60% stake in NoRRA Nordic Regional Airlines (N7, Helsinki Vantaa) to local firms StaffPoint Holding Oy and Kilco Oy.

Once the deal is completed, expected later this month, the carrier's stake in Nordic Regional Airlines (NORRA) will be reduced to 40% with StaffPoint holding 45% and Kilco 15%.

NORRA is the successor to flybe. Nordic (Helsinki Vantaa), a joint-venture between Finnair and flybe. (2002) (Exeter). Citing viability problems, the UK carrier withdrew from the project in November last year selling off its 60% stake to Finnair.
