Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras (AD, São Paulo Viracopos) is considering selling off its TudoAzul frequent flyer programme through a private placement airline chief financial officer John Rodgerson has said. No timelines were disclosed, Reuters said.

In 2014, the Brazilian LCC toyed with the idea of floating the programme as a means of raising funds in the capital market.

Rivals TAM Linhas Aéreas (São Paulo Congonhas) and GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes (G3, São Paulo Congonhas) have already floated their respective loyalty-awards programmes.
