VLM (1992) (Antwerp) will operate one of its Fokker 50s for flybe. (2002) (Exeter) starting March 14 the UK carrier has announced. The 50 seat turboprop will be based at Manchester International and operate on a variety of UK domestic and international routes from the airport.

The wet-lease agreement is currently set to expire on August 31 with VLM scheduled to operate from Manchester to Aberdeen Dyce, Amsterdam Schiphol, Belfast City, Exeter, Isle of Man, Jersey, Knock, Nantes, Newquay, Rotterdam and Southampton.

VLM also operates for CityJet (WX, Dublin International) on routes from London City to both Antwerp and Rotterdam under a similar arrangement.
