Novair (N9, Stockholm Arlanda) has cancelled the lease of one A321neo but will go ahead with the planned long-term lease of a further two aircraft of the type from Air Lease Corporation (ALC), the carrier’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Anders Fred told Flygtorget news.

The Swedish leisure specialist will take delivery of the two jets in May and June next year with one to be based at Stockholm Arlanda and the other at Oslo Gardermoen. Together, they will replace its current fleet of one A320-200 and one A321-200.

Based in Stockholm, Novair is owned by Switzerland’s Kuoni Travel Group and offers charter flights to the Mediterranean and the Canary Islands.
