Avianca Brasil (São Paulo Congonhas) Irish lessor Avolon has taken Avianca Brasil (São Paulo Congonhas) and parent firm, Synergy Aerospace Corporation, to court for breach of contract involving the lease of an A330 jet N508AV (msn 1508). The aircraft has been parked in Victorville since January 26, 2016.
According to court documents seen by Reuters, Avolon alleges the two firms defaulted on the aircraft's two-year lease agreement and is now seeking USD5 million in damages.
Neither party confirmed the suit let alone commented on it.
