Austrian Airlines (OS, Vienna) has confirmed the additional B777-200(ER) it will lease from AerCap will deliver in January 2018. The aircraft is sourced on an eight-year contract.
Until late March, N776AM (msn 28692) was in service for Aeroméxico (AM, México City International). It is currently at Marana undergoing maintenance ahead of its deployment to Europe.
The Lufthansa Group unit operates five other B777-200(ER)s on scheduled passenger flights to the United States, China, Egypt, Hong Kong, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.
