RAF-Avia (MTL, Riga) has acquired its maiden ATR - Avions de Transport Régional turboprop following the acquisition of ATR72-200 EC-GRU (msn 493) from Spain's CanaryFly (PM, Gran Canaria).
The aircraft, now reconfigured as a freighter, joins the rest of the Latvian ACMI/charter operator's fleet of two Saab 340(F)s and two Saab 340Bs as well as several An-26s. The aircraft has been converted into a freighter as part of the transportation arranged by AELIS Group.
