American Airlines (AA, Dallas/Fort Worth) has selected the New York La Guardia-Miami International route for its maiden B737-8 commercial flight.
According to schedule data at hand, American Airlines plans to deploy its first aircraft of the type into service from November 29 onwards. It will ply the New York-Florida route 3x daily.
American Airlines is expecting a total of four B737 MAX 8s this year. It has a total order with Boeing (BOE, Washington National) for 100 B737 MAX Family aircraft.
