Biman Bangladesh Airlines (BG, Dhaka) has issued a Request For Proposals (RFP) for the wet-lease of two widebody aircraft on eight-month contracts running from February to September 2018.
A tender document seen by ch-aviation indicates eligible aircraft must be manufactured in January 1998 or later and must come with 300 ± 30 seats in a two-class configuration. The aircraft will be deployed on Biman's South East Asia and Gulf & Middle East network and, possibly Hajj flights. Operators will be guaranteed at least 250 block hours per month for the duration of the lease.
Airlines, operators, owners of aircraft, and/or lessors are requested to submit their proposals by October 15, 2017.
