Syphax Airlines (Sfax) is to launch its first intercontinental route - Tunis to Montréal Trudeau - on April 25. Using the carrier's sole A330-200, flights will operate weekly. Last year, rival Tunisair (TU, Tunis) announced plans to codeshare with Libyan Airlines (LN, Tripoli Mitiga) on a planned Tripoli International to Montreal via Tunis route later this year
With an additional fleet of two A319-100s, Syphax serves Paris CDG, Istanbul Sabiha Gökcen and Tripoli International out of Tunis, Monastir, Djerba and Sfax.
