EuroLOT (Warsaw Chopin) has been granted a Foreign Air Carrier Permit by the US Department of Transportation following a submission in April of this year. The document allows the Polish carrier to operate both scheduled and charter, passenger and cargo flights between and beyond the European Union, the European Common Aviation Area, and the United States.

At present, the LOT Polish Airlines (LO, Warsaw Chopin) subsidiary operates a fleet of eleven Dash 8-400s and three E175s on scheduled as well as ad-hoc charter flights throughout Poland and continental Europe. It reportedly has plans to wet-lease a LOT B787-8 for long-haul charter flights on behalf of Polish tour operators.
