Cambodia Airlines (Phnom Penh) will not likely launch according to a report by the Australian-based Centre for Aviation. Quoting unnamed sources, CAPA says the joint-venture between the Royal Group of Cambodia's Inter Logistics (Cambodia) Co. Ltd. and Philippine Airlines (PR, Manila Ninoy Aquino International) shareholder, San Miguel Corporation, is likely to be abandoned entirely.

Earlier this year, it was reported that PAL Express (2P, Manila Ninoy Aquino International) had plans to transfer a number of Dash 8-400s to the carrier in a bid to get things moving though as of this posting, none of the Filipino carrier's aircraft have yet been tracked on the Cambodian registry.

The Cambodia Airlines project, whose launch has been repeatedly delayed since its inception in April 2013, had planned to operate domestic flights using a fleet of Q400s while A320s were to have been used regional services.
