SW Italia (Milan Malpensa) has secured a contract with STO Express to ferry freight between Asia and Europe.
Under the deal's terms, the Italian freight specialist will run a weekly flight from Hong Kong International to Prague Václav Havel, Czechia using B747-8(F) VQ-BVB (msn 44444) painted in the Chinese logistics specialist's livery.
A subsidiary of Azerbaijan's Silk Way Airlines (ZP, Baku Heydar Aliev International), SW Italia also operates a B747-400(FSCD) for and on behalf of Qatar Airways (QR, Doha Hamad International).
