Ryanair (FR, Dublin Int'l) has filed a motion with the Dutch Employee Insurance Agency (UWV) seeking a collective dismissal of all personnel based in the Netherlands, the Dutch Pilots' Union (Vereniging Nederlandse Verkeersvliegers - VNV) has said in a statement.

Jet Airways (9W, Mumbai Int'l) has reached an agreement with GECAS to return eight B737 Family aircraft to the lessor and defer further deliveries, Business Standard has reported citing inside sources.

The trimming of the fleet is aimed at reducing the costs borne by the cash-strapped Indian carrier.

A Federal High Court in Lagos has barred Diamond Bank from repossessing a Dash 8-300 from TopBrass Aviation (BRL, Lagos) for debts, PM News has reported.
