Sterling European Airways (Copenhagen Kastrup) and Maersk Air (DM/Copenhagen Kastrup) have started to coordinate their winter schedules as a next step of the upcoming merger under the Sterling brand. Maersk will give up its routes from Copenhagen to Brussels, Malta, Manchester, Milan Malpensa, Paris CDG, Rome Fiumicino and Zurich. It will also transfer its Copenhagen-Berlin route from Tegel to Tempelhof. Sterling will continue to operate its Copenhagen-Paris Beauvais and Copenhagen-Rome Ciampino routes.
