Mistral Air (Rome Fiumicino) has taken delivery of its first B737-400(F) following the arrival of EI-GHB (msn 28896) at Rome Fiumicino on September 5.
According to Skyliner Aviation, the near 20-year-old freighter was ferried to Italy from Jacksonville Cecil Field, FL via Gander and Reykjavik Keflavik.
A unit of Poste Italiane, Mistral Air also operates one B737-300(F) (wet-leased from Bluebird Nordic), two ATR72-200(F)s (of which one is wet-leased from Zimex Aviation), one B737-300(QC), and five ATR72-500s.
