Biman Bangladesh Airlines (BG, Dhaka) has issued a Request For Proposals (RFP) for the wet-lease of two widebody aircraft for the period July 1 to September 20, 2019.
According to tender documents seen by ch-aviation, the aircraft may be of any make or model, preferably sister ships. They should be configured with 300 ± 10% seats in a two-class layout and must not be more than 20 years old as on May 31, 2019.
Bidders may also submit offers for a single aircraft.
"Preference may be given for the Operators having operational experience to and from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a minimum of 03 (three) years," it said.
In return, Biman is offering a minimum of 700 guaranteed block hours per aircraft for the entire lease term.
The deadline for submissions is December 17, 2018.
