Air Europa (UX, Palma de Mallorca) resumed limited international operations on July 15, 2020, serving both European and intercontinental destinations.
The airline said in a press release that its network currently comprises 15 cities abroad and 20 cities in Spain where limited domestic operations restarted in late June.
Air Europa's European network currently covers services from Madrid Barajas to Rome Fiumicino, Milan Malpensa, Venice Marco Polo, London Gatwick, Porto, Lisbon, Frankfurt International, Munich, Düsseldorf, Brussels National, Zurich, Paris CDG (where it also flies to from Malaga, Valencia Manises, and Palma de Mallorca), Athens, and Alghero. Intercontinentally, it has restarted scheduled services to Santo Domingo Las Américas, São Paulo Guarulhos, Montevideo Carrasco, Quito International, and Guayaquil.
Starting in August, the airline plans to resume flights to Lima International, Havana International, New York JFK, and Miami International, on top of numerous other routes in Latin America already served through repatriation charters.
In the week starting on July 20, Air Europa plans to operate 816 scheduled flights and proffer 131,673 seats to the market, the ch-aviation capacities module shows.
