AlMasria Universal Airlines (UJ, Cairo International) has ended widebody operations following the withdrawal of its sole A330-200 late last month.

Company sources confirmed a Skyliner Aviation report which said SU-TCH (msn 661) had been returned to its lessor and was then ferried from Cairo International to Lourdes/Tarbes on July 28.

The Egyptian leisure specialist's fleet now consists of two A320-200s (owned), two B737-400s, and one B737-500. Prior to the COVID-19 crisis, AlMasria operated charter and scheduled services between Egypt and Europe, Russia, and Central Asia.
