InterSky (Friedrichshafen) majority shareholder Intro Aviation has announced plans to set-up a new regional carrier based at St. Lucia Vigie in cooperation with the government of St. Lucia. It plans to also use DHC-8-300s for the new operation and temporarily deploy some of InterSky's staff in the Caribbean to train local staff.
