Samaritan's Purse (NSP, Boone, NC) registered its first B757-200(PCF) on March 22, 2022, to add additional capacity for its international humanitarian relief operations, Cargo Facts has reported.

N511KW (msn 22611) remains stored at Kansas City International pending its service entry. The 36.4-year-old jet was converted into a freighter in 2006 and has since carried cargo for Varig Log, DHL International Aviation Middle East, and Pacific Air Express (Australia), the ch-aviation fleets history module shows.

The international, non-denominational Christian disaster relief organisation currently operates a single DC-8-72(CF) as one of just three remaining operators of DC-8-71/-72/-73(F)s in the world (alongside SkyBus Cargo Charters and Trans Air Cargo Service), according to the ch-aviation fleets module. Samaritan's Purse confirmed it would continue operating the quadjet even as the B757 is inducted into service.

The organisation's owned fleet also comprises one Cessna (single turboprop) C208B Grand Caravan and one Bell Helicopter 206-L4.
