LAN Airlines (Santiago de Chile) and its sister carrier TAM Linhas Aéreas (São Paulo Congonhas) have announced plans to significantly increase their presence in Europe next year launching flights to up to four new cities yet to be disclosed. LAN currently only serves Frankfurt International and Madrid Barajas while TAM also flies to London Heathrow, Milan Malpensa and Paris CDG besides also serving Frankfurt and Madrid.
