Aerolíneas Argentinas (AR, Buenos Aires Jorge Newbery) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with regional carrier Sol Líneas Aéreas (Rosario Islas Malvinas) that foresees that Aerolineas and its subsidiary Austral (Buenos Aires Jorge Newbery) would coordinate schedules and offer connections between the networks of all three airlines. Sol currently operates four Saab 340As and two Saab 340Bs on regional routes.
