Kingfisher Airlines (Mumbai International) remains grounded for at least another week as the financially struggling carrier has cancelled all flights until October 20. Meanwhile, a local court in Hyderabad has issued arrest warrants for majority owner Vijay Mallya and several senior managers at the airline after checks to Hyderabad International airport for landing and other fees had bounced several times.
