Manila-based Misibis Aviation & Development Corp (Manila Ninoy Aquino International) has acquired a Gulfstream G350, according to ch-aviation research. The aircraft, RP-C8575 (msn 4040) passed to Misibis on or around June 1, 2024, after spending seven months flying for another undisclosed Filipino operator.
According to ch-aviation fleets data, the 18.04-year-old business jet was first delivered to EJS Executive Jet Shares in the United States before later transferring to British Virgin Islands-based Gulf Aero Asean Ltd. ADS-B flight tracking data shows the G350 has remained active since passing to Misibis, flying around the Philippines, Southeast Asia, and as far afield as Europe.
Misibis Aviation & Development Corporation maintains a minimal online presence. Local directories describe the company as an aircraft charter rental and leasing service headed by Michael Ellis R. Co. However, its website is inoperable and it does not maintain social media accounts. RP-C8575 appears to be Misibis's only business jet.
