Air France (AF, Paris CDG) and Lufthansa (LH, Frankfurt International) have both announced that they plan to sell some of their shares in airline IT provider Amadeus with Lufthansa selling 3.61% in Amadeus and Air France-KLM selling 1.66%. The two airlines are the largest individual shareholders in Amadeus along with International Airlines Group subsidiary Iberia (IB, Madrid Barajas). The vast majority of Amadeus shares already are free-float.
