Aerolíneas Argentinas (AR, Buenos Aires Jorge Newbery) VP Business development and Alliances Guillermo Rudaeff has told CAPA at the ALTA Airline Leaders Forum that Aerolineas would currently be evaluating both the A350-900 and B787-9 as potential replacements for its long-haul fleet of four A340-200s and seven A340-300s by 2020. Aerolineas is also considering temporarily leasing four A330-200s or A330-300s as a stop gap solution in the meantime.
