SEAir International (XO, Angeles City Clark International) has received its air operator certificate on November 21 and has now resumed twice weekly Do328-100 service between Manila Ninoy Aquino International and Basco from December 7. SEAir International had been split off from South East Asian Airlines (Angeles City Clark International) earlier this year after the sale of 40% of SEAir to Tiger Airways (Singapore Changi). SEAir International currently operates one of the four Do328-100s previously operated by South East Asian Airlines as well as B737-200(F) RP-C4737 (MSN 23065) for cargo services. It plans to add additional ex-South East Asian Do328s and Let 410s and to resume more regional routes from early 2013.
