Air France (AF, Paris CDG) has announced the temporary suspension of its weekly A330-200 service between Paris CDG and Bangui until January 2 due to the deterioration of the “security situation in Bangui”. Protests against France have recently taken place in front of the French embassy in the Central African Republic’s capital leading to Air France's decision to let its flight operating to Bangui on December 26 turn back to Paris CDG after departure.
